ARTICLE REVIEW
Reviewer Policy
All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed following the procedures outlined below.
Initial Paper Evaluation
The editorial board first evaluates all submitted papers/articles that meet the minimum criteria.
Type of Peer Review
IECES uses blind reviewing, where reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the process.
How Reviewers Are Selected
Reviewers are matched with articles according to their expertise.
Reviewer Reports
Reviewers are asked to evaluate whether the article:
Is original
Has practical relevance
Follows appropriate ethical guidelines
Has results that are clearly presented and support the conclusions
Correctly references relevant literature
Reviewers are not to correct or copy-edit papers. Language correction is not part of the peer review process.
Final Report
The final decision to accept or reject articles will be sent to authors along with recommendations made by reviewers, and may include explicit comments from reviewers.
Editor's Decision is Final
Reviewers advise the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject articles.
Publication Process
The Publication Process Consists of the Following Steps:
After the article is accepted, the system will automatically send an email to the Author.
The article will be sent for double blinded review.
Based on the Double Blinded Review, the Editor will make a decision and the decision will be communicated to the Author. Decisions taken can be classified into three types: Accepted without revision, Resubmit with major/minor revision, Rejected.
Main Quality will be checked by the Editor.
